JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
  • Accurately enter customer information and update account details in the system
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and provide solutions
  • Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
