Full time crew leaders are responsible for leading crews in all aspects of production including seeding, transplanting, cultivating, harvest, wash/pack, animal handling, snow removal and general labor assignments. Depending on experience, the full season crew members have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities in various aspects of the farm labor and including greenhouse propagation, harvest handling, construction, warehouse and tractor work. Must be willing to transport crews to and from the job site assign by your supervisor.

Crew leaders must lead in all aspects of production, while setting pace and providing support, feedback, and training to the team.
Transport crews to and from the job site.
Must be able to travel to the job site assigned by your supervisor.
Must keep track of timekeeping and all paperwork required by your office.
Help recruit by referral.
Stay in constant communication with your crew and supervisor.

Bilingual in English/Spanish.
Willingness to work collaboratively and productively with a wide and diverse group of people.
Ability to work in all kinds of weather.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to hook/unhook trailers & porta potties.
Driver’s License, dependable transportation and clean driving record
Willingness to perform any job assigned to them.
Able to communicate with clients as well as crew members.
Must be able to provide accurate feedback.
Must be able to take phone calls as needed throughout shift
Able to perform job duties along with the crew.
Lift 50 lbs.
