Job Summary:
We are seeking a Support Associate to join our team. The Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in a retail environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Duties:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Experience with jewelry sales is a plus
