This Role Is Tailor-Made For You BecauseYou want to be a key member to the creative team servicing marketing, merchandising, to spearhead the intake and resourcing process, with a special focus on digital projects spanning our website, emails, and paid digital marketing ensuring all milestones and creative reviews happen efficiently and on time. As a valued member of our Creative Services team, you'll orchestrate the flow of digital creative assets and collaborate closely with our cross-functional partners. A Day In The LifeThe typical day is… atypical. In this role, you’ll act as the liaison between ecommerce, marketing, merchandising, and creative departments, managing projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for all digital projects and requests, scheduling, and prioritizing to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. Manage and communicate timelines for Creative team, review project briefs and requests for accuracy then work with the business to correct information, and facilitate smooth workflow across digital projects. Lead weekly status meetings, prepare reports to manage projects according, and anticipate resource needs by communicating status of projects with cross-functional teams as needed. Coordinate content management, update intranet assets, and maintain job files. Stay proactive, align overlapping projects, and keep everyone informed to maintain team resourcing and capacity, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional results.
To Land This Role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of traffic/project management experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills - must be able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated team player with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Pro-Active mindset to anticipate possible problems and discuss solutions with manager.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management tools. Airtable, Jira, workflow tools such as Basecamp, InVision, Sketch, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite a Plus.

Compensation RangeThe compensation range for this position is 90,000.00 USD - 120,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
