Position: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead, oversee, and deliver multiple complex projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project essentials, including insurance, proposals, permits, drawings, invoices, forms, and all deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met with precision.
- Handle all client project financials, overseeing budgets, expenses, payments, and invoices.
- Enjoy a dynamic work schedule with 80% office and 20% field involvement.
Required Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a full-time project manager in architecture or development.
- Proven track record in managing both residential and commercial projects.
- Mastery in interpreting and refining a wide range of design and construction documents.
- Comprehensive understanding of all phases of design and construction processes.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with superb written and verbal communication skills.
- A degree in architecture, project management, or a related field is highly preferred.
