Torch Technologies is looking for a candidate to fill a project management execution support role that will support the Modeling and Simulation Aviation and Missiles (MSAM) Program Management team through the tracking of contract actions and tracking the execution of MSAM tasks. The tracking of tasks will include coordination with Torch Project Leads (TDL) on the buildup of contract packages, execution planning and tracking, and coordination between TDLs, program control, and subcontractors. This staff member will work within the TM1 budget for planning and reporting tools to ensure that execution plans for all tasks, Torch and subcontractors, are being maintained and executed to plan. This staff member will also provide weekly and monthly reports from the system on current execution to the MSAM Program Management team. This role will work with TDLs and subcontractors to provide draft future planning and, at the request of the TDL, may coordinate with subcontractors on planning changes and reflecting that in TM1. This role will provide program status metrics and may work with the Program Management team and TDLs to support issue resolution. General support of overall execution of tasking through maintenance of accurate data and providing timely reporting to decision makers.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business related or technical field or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of responsible contract / program management experience.
Position requires that candidate possess, or be able to acquire an active SECRET security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to maintain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible to support this position.
No travel is expected for this position.
