As the logistical and administrative backbone to our Talent Acquisition team, you pride yourself in developing and maintaining processes and administrative excellence that deliver best-in-class experiences to all you work with. Your strong communication skills ensure a seamless flow of communication between candidates and the hiring team. From managing candidate interactions, to scheduling interviews, to supporting and coordinating the successful onboarding of new hires, your imprint on the total talent acquisition process and experience is significant. And, you do it all with the ultimate goal to create the most amazing experience for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams.

  • Total Torani Experience Maker: You’ve become a beacon of our brand & culture, and both candidates and team members feel it in every interaction they have with you! You will have helped elevate and deliver on a meaningful, efficient candidate experience that ensures alignment with Torani’s People first approach by maintaining friendly, clear, and consistent communication with candidates and hiring leaders. You’ve warmly welcomed on-site candidates and taken responsibility for their overall experience.
  • Scheduling Aficionado: You’ve seamlessly coordinated and scheduled search kick-off meetings and candidate interviews, thinking through all the necessary logistics of meeting rooms, virtual requirements, and candidate needs. You’ve ensured everyone has the right information and has a clear understanding of the process and the part they play.
  • Process Guru: You will have helped deliver and execute an efficient and thorough process that leads to exceptional results for our hiring teams. You’ve effectively managed our job postings, helped draft offer letters, and owned our background check process. You’ve effectively kicked off our onboarding process, ensuring new hires and hiring leaders have all the information they need for an amazing first day. With your strong communication and follow-through skills, you’ve helped make the hiring process smooth, timely, fun, and engaging; all while holding true to a consistent process that reinforces our hiring mindset.
  • Multi-tasking Maestro: You’ve delivered exceptional results towards Torani’s hiring goals and business growth through juggling ever-changing priorities. Your passion for proactive communication has you interacting with recruiters, hiring leaders, interviewers, and candidates alike and you’ve achieved a track record of success navigating the multi-faceted work, all while seamlessly managing multiple stakeholder expectations.
  • Systems & Data Analyst: You’ve helped the team make better use of our applicant tracking and recruiting system so that we have access to critical and informative hiring data and analytics. Your ownership of data integrity within our systems allows for the team to draw accurate, timely data and insights which will guide our future strategy and approach to all that we do.

Minimum Qualifications & Attributes:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, process management capacity- ideally within a People/Human Resources or Talent Acquisition function.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Results oriented approach to a dynamic workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of success supporting multiple business partners with competing requests while offering a high degree of service to all.
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism and communication with confidential information.
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience in People systems, ideally an ATS.
Base Salary Range: $30.29/ hr ($63,000) - $34.13/ hr ($71,000)
