- Communications: Effectively and efficiently ensure that others are made aware of pertinent information. Intimately aware of what and when communications should occur. Passionate about keeping everyone "in the loop" and making sure issues are resolved timely.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail. Comfortable producing product with averages of over 6000 cases per day. Performs quality line checks ensuring safe machinery and product for our customers.

- Manufacturing and/or technical experience (preferred but not required)
- At least 2 years work experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Lives in SF Bay area, or willing to relocate at your own expense
- Eligible to work in US without sponsorship
- Experience with food safety practices
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to work overtime and on weekends as needed
