Location: Sanford FL
Position: Accounting Department / Account Receivable
Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 DOE
Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm

- Interact with CFO
- Manage the entire Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients and follow up on any discrepancies or issues.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Monitor and track outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly AR reports to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our accounting system.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Oversee the payment processes including entering vendor invoices, coding of invoices and processing vendor payments.
- Review source payable documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper approval authority in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate, you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties or assist with other business needs as required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, AR, or Accounts Receivable
- Dependable and consistent with attendance
- Work with minimal supervision
- Experience with SAP system preferred.
- Must be MS Excel proficient.
- Background check required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
