eStaff Search Group is looking for an Entry Level Data Analyst for a contract engagement. Client is located in Erie, PA and position will be onsite.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyzes, defines and documents process workflows through user interviews, facilitated workshops and subject matter expert engagement.
• Assists in building the business case for a process or system change
• Generates and compiles reports, complete with recommended improvements to business processes and operational procedures
• Analyzing Customer data across multiple platforms and correcting erroneous information

Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree or two years of college-level coursework or training in a computer-related discipline.
• Excel
• Attention to detail and securing private information
• Able to work with a group as well as independently
