• 4 years of prior family law experience

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding family law matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, pleadings, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis

Experience:

• 4 years of family law experience in Pennsylvania
