Superbloom is looking for a full-time ASSOCIATE (landscape designer, 5-10 years experience) with an emphasis on project management, technical documentation, construction detailing, and construction administration. The Designer will support a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Colorado at our young and growing practice and should bring experience designing and documenting complex landscapes while contributing to multiple projects across a variety of scales. Experience with large-scale landscape architectural documentation and consultant coordination.
All candidates should be well-rounded designers, detail-oriented, open collaborators, and possess excellent communication and project management skills. Candidates should feel comfortable developing projects from concept to construction, working directly with clients, coordinating with other disciplines, and playing different roles within a design team. Candidates should also be willing to participate in Superbloom administrative & marketing efforts as needed, including but not limited to contributing to RFP preparations, assisting Principals in preparing fee estimates, developing web content, or participating in mission-aligned conferences and lectures.
Superbloom provides a flexible work environment, wherein hybrid in-person and virtual work are both acceptable. It is expected that our team keep their calendars up-to-date with working locations come to the office as required for in-person meetings and make time for in-person collaboration as needed for projects.
