JOB SUMMARY

Top Flight Foods is expanding rapidly!! We are seeking experienced, motivated and energetic General Managers & Assistant Managers who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while leading a talented, dynamic team.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations with a primary focus on driving sales growth and staff management.

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for working with the GM to ensure growth of our operations, hiring and staff management.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant/concessions, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
• Execute a weekly liquor & food inventory
• Come up with new ideas to increases sales

Staff Management

• Train, schedule, and supervise staff, including managers, servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff
• Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback
• Handle employee issues and conflicts, write ups and documentations

Customer Service

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Address customer complaints, concerns and online reviews
• Monitor guest feedback and make necessary improvements

Finance Management

• Control costs and maximize revenue.
• Set pricing strategies for food and beverages, and catering opportunities

Marketing and Promotion

• Create marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, work with corporate marketing team to increase visibility
• Ensure daily social media posts by staff
• Plan and execute promotional events and special offers
• Build relationships with local businesses and the community
• Oversee updates to our website, social media, and public relations

Menu Development

• Collaborate with chefs to create and update menus
• Ensure menu items are cost-effective and meet customer preferences
• Monitor food quality and presentation

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in both fine dining and casual environments (Preferred)
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, including positions as a server or bartender on Long Island
• Strong leadership and management skills are essential for overseeing a team
• Ability to motivate and inspire staff to provide excellent customer service
• A good understanding of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,000.00 per week
