Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Manic Panic NYC Inc’s Queens, NY location. Manic Panic requires a strategic thinker who is able to guide the company through growth and change, managing day-to-day operations while contributing to strategic planning, decision-making and team leadership. The General Manager needs to have extensive experience in operational expertise, strategic vision and leadership qualities.

• Experience in managing teams and budgets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Salary commensurate on experience and education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Long Island City, NY 11101: Relocate before starting work (Required)
