Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lesson planning, toddler care, curriculum development, and working with students, including those with autism. Responsibilities:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide care and support to toddlers in a daycare or classroom setting
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop engaging curriculum
- Work closely with students, including those with autism, to support their learning needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for children
- Assist in literacy education and other developmental activities for children

Experience:

- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, classroom, or similar setting
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to engage and interact effectively with young learners
- Experience in curriculum development and implementing educational activities
- Knowledge of working with students with autism is a plus

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Have an active CDA in Infant/Toddler or Infant
• At least one to two years of experience working in a child care setting
• Experience working with children of various age groups
