Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lesson planning, toddler care, curriculum development, and working with students, including those with autism. If you have a passion for childhood development and education, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide care and support to toddlers in a daycare or classroom setting
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop engaging curriculum
- Work closely with students, including those with autism, to support their learning needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for children
- Assist in literacy education and other developmental activities for children
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, classroom, or similar setting
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to engage and interact effectively with young learners
- Experience in curriculum development and implementing educational activities
- Knowledge of working with students with autism is a plus
