Experience is required for this position.

Shortened Job Description: This job is an inspectors position. Employee will be inspecting different part numbers with manual tools. Employee will be required to determine if a part is within tolerance or not. Employee will fill out reports with their measurements and work with CNC set up personnel to get machines running.

CMM experience not required, but will be taught.

We are looking for CNC inspector candidates on second shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm) (Overtime is always optional)

Requirements

Work independently at times, follow detailed instructions and complete assigned tasks timely

Education of a High School diploma

Related work experience of a minimum of 1 years

Strong Math Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficient with micrometers, Vernier’s & height gages

Ability to use measuring equipment

Read and Interpret blue prints and specifications

Basic understanding of a ISO quality system

Understanding of Geometric Tolerancing

Ability to Use tablet / Ipad basic/computer Skills

Vision ability requires close , distance , color, depth perception and ability to adjust focus vision.

Mechanical and technical Capacity.

Organizational Skills

Ability to Stand 8 hours, walk and reach with hands and arms.

The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day

Strong work ethic / Positive attitude / Self-motivated /Ability to work in a team
