Quality Equipment Finance, a Tom Wood Group in Indianapolis, IN is currently searching for a Commerical Collections Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges. Additionally, they will be dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage a team of experienced collectors to achieve collection targets and minimize delinquencies.
Supervise the repossession coordinator to ensure efficient handling of repossessions.
Motivate and inspire team members to maintain a positive attitude and focus on results.
Continuously enhance our system's capabilities to improve efficiency and enhance customer contacts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrated commitment to core values such as integrity, helping others, drive, and humility.
Proven experience in successfully leading collections teams to achieve targets.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive and resilient attitude in the face of challenges.
Experience in handling or managing repossessions.
Strong proficiency in Excel and exceptional communication skills.
Excellent work ethic and dedication to achieving goals.
Understanding of commercial lending practices.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Familiarity with the trucking industry.
Proficiency in Spanish language.
Experience with Accurint or other skip tracing programs.
