RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Communicating with the parts department and service advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing a repair, if authorized by the customer
• Accurately documenting vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Motivated with a growth mindset
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc. a plus
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Required
