POSITION SUMMARY:

The ideal server would be able to anticipate guest needs and provide outstanding customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Possess an innate desire to provide superior service and keep your guest experience at the forefront. Logic, drive and a genuine love for people are necessities.

· Excellent communication skills. Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the menu, inform guests of food preparation details and promote specials.

· Prepare and clear tables, serve food and drinks.

· Always deliver an experience of warm relaxed hospitality.

· Demonstrate superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

· Support all Tom's team members.

· Ability to perform objectives in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on quality, while always maintaining an environment of hospitality.

· Promote and embrace the restaurant's community and culture by demonstrating respect, positive energy, dependability. honesty, initiative, an outgoing nature and a pleasant, professional appearance.

· Greet guests, escort them to their tables and assist with all inquiries as needed.

· Must be able to think on your toes, to make adjustments and decisions quickly, and always prioritize the guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must have at least 1 year of restaurant experience and a passion for hospitality.

· Superior temperament, adaptable nature and superior communication skills.

· Food and beverage knowledge preferred.

· The ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Must be able to serve alcohol.
