Customer Service Represenative

Tom Kris and Sons Plumbing (TKSP) specializes in residential bath and kitchen remodel, light commercial plumbing, business service, and residential service plumbing in the Northern Metro Atlanta area.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (LIST IS NOT INCLUSIVE)

• Field inbound calls
• Return Voicemails
• Create new job/appointments by gathering the customers information and documenting their plumbing need
• Create new estimates by gathering the customers information and documenting their plumbing need
• Monitor Info email for quote inquires and forward other inbound email to appropriate team member
• Write Thank you cards to all new customers after job is complete

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• 1 years of Customer Service, Dispatch experience in the construction industry, or
• 3 years of related experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Clear concise communication
• Multitasking

AVAILABILITY
8AM-4:30PM In-Office Hours Monday-Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
