Job Position Title: Project Risk Manager
Location: World Trade Center, New York City (Hybrid)
Candidates must be located in the NY area.
Job Description:
Toll International LLC is looking for a Project Risk Manager to be at the forefront of safeguarding our projects from potential pitfalls. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to protocols.
Candidates must have knowledge in the construction field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment Workshops: Lead engaging sessions to pinpoint project risks.
- Rigorous Analysis: Conduct in-depth risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations and leverage specialized risk management applications such as Palisades @Risk and Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis.
- Mitigation Strategies: Drive workshops to devise effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare detailed reports encompassing executive summaries and model results.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively recommend enhancements to our risk assessment process.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or PMP certification with a technical background.
- Experience: Five years of demonstrated experience in project risk assessment.
- Skills: Profound understanding of project risk management principles, methodologies, and tools, including hands-on experience with risk management applications such as Palisades @Risk and Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis.
- Certifications: Desirable possession of PMI-RMP certification.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
