```Duties:```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy of items and special requests
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Process guest payments and provide accurate change

```Skills:```
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Proficiency in using a POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to assist with food preparation, such as garnishing plates or assembling appetizers
- Familiarity with the food industry, including different cuisines and menu items
- Excellent guest service skills, including attentiveness, friendliness, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of hospitality principles, such as anticipating guest needs and providing personalized service
- Basic culinary knowledge to answer guest questions about ingredients or preparation methods
- Math skills for calculating bills, splitting checks, and providing accurate change
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order totals, discounts, or gratuities
