Job Overview:
We are seeking a Salad/Poke Bowl Position to join our team. This role will be responsible for preparing fresh and delicious salads and poke bowls for our customers. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare salads and poke bowls according to customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly portioned, and presented attractively
- Use knives and other kitchen tools to chop, slice, and dice ingredients
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Assist with meal preparation for catering events or large orders
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling and kitchen safety practices
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Skills:
- Food industry knowledge
- Knife skills for chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Food handling experience
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Meal preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety regulations
