Today's Classroom is looking for a motivated individual to help support our squad in the tracking department. This would be located at our headquarters in Canton.
For this position, it is predominately order tracking and related customer service tasks. This mainly includes obtaining estimated ship date and shipping details once the order leaves the warehouse. In addition this would include helping customers with damage and warranty claims as needed.
This job opening is located in an office setting. Communication with customers, carriers, and manufacturers is done by phone and email.
