Tocaya Modern Mexican is Hiring an AP Coordinator Near Los Angeles, CA

We are excited to be launching this role that will support both amazing brands Tocaya and Tender Greens through collaboration across each area of the organization, initiating new processes and driving top notch strategies to the company. This role will report to the Accounts Payable Manager with key relationships with all members of the department. This role will have an hourly rate range: $21-$25/ hour.

Job Summary: One Table Restaurant Brands is in search of an Accounts Payable Coordinator who can help support our accounting team. We are looking for a curious, personable, detailed oriented and organized individual with a ton of positive energy. The AP Coordinator will assist in executing payment processes appropriately and in a timely manner. They will analyze account balances, vendor statements, and various other related reports. Although the home office is located in Los Angeles, this role can be based remotely.

At One Table Restaurant Brands we value partnership, inspire passion, incubate good ideas and celebrate innovation. As the AP Coordinator, you are responsible for exemplifying the company culture as well as;

  • Assist AP Manager in monitoring and responding to AP email from vendors
  • Process invoices, expense reports, payments and related correspondence
  • Maintain communication with vendors, store locations and departments
  • Mail vendor/team member payments
  • Assist with special projects on an as-needed basis, including managing and tracking projects
  • Must handle confidential information with complete discretion
  • Assist with preparation and completion of 1099 annual reporting
  • Assist in period end accruals
  • Assist with reconciliation of A/P accounts
  • All other tasks or projects as assigned

  • Associates degree preferred or 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Abilities include:

  • Lifting/carrying files and papers up to 10 pounds
  • Visual acuity required due to predominantly working with a computer screen
  • Some bending/kneeling required
  • Stationary, seated position
