The Toastique Regional Success Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day activities within the DC Metro location, which include our Wharf, Navy Yard, Dupont, and Union Market locations.
They will be responsible for employee management, scheduling staff, assisting with ordering / maximizing inventory and most importantly - customer satisfaction.
The Regional Success Manager will work with the Director of Training and Development with hiring and training new employees as well as their career developments which include performance reviews, goal setting and promotions.
Toastique expects the Regional Success Manager to have a strong understanding of every job duty and responsibility in the store.
The Regional Success Manager will work with Toastique Corporate Operations to out new items, work special events, and continued growth and brand awareness in the community.
The Regional Success Manager will lead by example, with quality, cleanliness, and attitude.
