Overview

Our company is looking for a fulltime Janitorial Regional Operations Manager to direct our service operations at multiple locations in the Southeast area of Washington, DC and in nearby areas of Maryland. The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service. He/she will handle weekly and daily employee schedules; oversee daily operations to ensure a safe working environment and contract compliance; and manage labor, equipment, and material assets to ensure division profitability. In addition, he/she will assist with administrative tasks (including payroll) and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Our ideal applicant has several years of janitorial experience, in a middle management role.

Responsibilities

Create And Manage Service Schedules For Cleaning Staff
Measure Performance And Maintain Quality Standards
Interview And Train New Staff/Supervisors
Manage Labor Budgets, Equipment And Supplies Utilization
Assist With Administrative Tasks As Needed (IE - Customer Reports/Payroll)
Maintain A Safe And Healthy Work Environment
Ensure Compliance Wth State And Federal Regulations

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in janitorial services middle management position
Strong leadership and communications skills
Basic computer skills (proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Valid Driver's License
Ability To Perform Physical Tasks As Needed

Compensation/Benefits

Salary Range $60,0000 - $70,000
Auto Mileage Reimbursement Or Company Vehicle
