Job Description: We’re looking for a highly skilled financial analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing financial data and developing profit-focused action plans, including trend forecasting and variance monitoring. They should also provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve the financial performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing.
2. Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
3. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
4. Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field.
5. Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
6. Create written reports that enable management teams to make strategic decisions to meet business goals.
7. Analyze historical and current financial data to understand the company’s financial status.
8. Assists in preparation of all necessary contracts and budgets.
9. Interfaces with auditors and provides all back-up documents when requested; facilitates preparation of annual independent audit.
10. Helps to over see billings functions to ensure all billings are collected in a timely manner.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in finance, economics or accounting or related field
• 2 years of experience in the field or in a related field
• Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
• Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
• Attention to detail when reviewing potential investments, as small issues may lead to large complications for the overall health of an investment.
• Experience in financial forecasting and trend analytics.
• Bilingual Preferred
