We are a global real estate company looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team due to company growth. In this role, you will play a crucial role and providing forecasts and financial analysis for the company's global locations. You will contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial direction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide actionable recommendations.
- Maintain financial models in Excel, manipulating formulas and data to extract valuable insights.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, analyze trends, and develop accurate forecasts.
- Contribute to the budgeting process by providing insights and assisting in the development of financial plans.
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and analyze KPIs
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate financial findings to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.
