DescriptionTNT Crane & Rigging, Inc.Position: Operations ManagerLocation: MidlandReports to: Branch ManagerTNT is looking to add an experienced full-time Operations Manager to our growing Branch. The following are a list of requirements; You must meet all the requirements below to be considered for this position.
Summary: The Operation's Manager directs the overall operational activities of the branch to serve the customers within the company's target market in an extraordinary manner so that the company's brand name and reputation continue to flourish. This position uses discretion and independent judgment to maximize operational efficiencies. The operations manager develops the personnel of the branch. This position requires knowledge of crane rental, safety standards, business acumen, and people skills.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Sound financial management skills
- Technical capacity to provide crane and rigging solutions
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communications
- Able to resolve conflicts
- Strong computer skills (outlook, excel, word)
- Strong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Able to prioritize and coordinate multiple daily tasks and work within tight deadlines.
