This focus benefits our customers wherever they operate around the globe and in a growing number of specialized fields. HUB Certified Job DescriptionField Operations ManagerMidland, TX, United StatesJOB DESCRIPTIONThe FRAC Field Service Manager (FSM) is responsible for providing and following all safety and operational procedures and the supervision and coordination of activities of operational personnel on location, including Field Engineer(s) and Operations Technical Positions, Service Supervisors, Field Equipment Operators. Ensure all are engaged in the proper installation, repair, and servicing of equipment and machinery. This position oversees the day-to-day management of operations in the field and all related responsibilities of the management of a minimum of one spread and will act as a liaison between the office, field, and field customers.People ManagementSupervise the day-to-day work activities of all field service activities over a minimum of one frac spread and ensure job services, all customer requests, and requirements are being met according to job specifications.Provide coordination in locating the job site, marking the locations of work tanks, and verify adequate room for equipment needed to do the proposed job designAssist in coordinating and scheduling field service crew and equipment for completion of job assignments, establish or adjust work procedures to meet schedules, and resolve work problemsEquipment ManagementMaintain and monitor proper equipment and inventory to ensure they are available when neededCommunicate with all support roles ensuring Preventative Maintenance, Parts Management, and Vendor Management are aware and able to support spreads needs.Oversee the well-servicing requirements to ensure work is performed in a safe environment and that all safety requirements are met and follow policies and proceduresMaintain regular contact and communication with all vendors to ensure services and 3rd party equipment is available for the jobReporting and DocumentationResponsible for daily, monthly, and quarterly operational reports outlining safety, operational, and customer needs.Assist in the development and implementation of appropriate procedures and methods for enforcing or interpreting established guidelines and practices, provide management with current job statuses, and improve performance, quality, and efficiency of operationsAddress customer concerns or problems and recommend measures in resolving them to ensure customer satisfactionRepresent the Company and our values with integrity while maintaining the highest ethical and legal standards with all customer interactionsDemonstrate financial responsibility in conjunction with the Company’s travel and entertainment policyPromote a diverse and inclusive work environment where employees of all backgrounds feel included, and their contributions are valuedMake employment decisions in a manner consistent with all Company policies, including the Company’s Equal Employment Opportunity and Anti-Harassment PolicyPromptly address and resolve concerns and disputes among team members, with the goal of building a stronger, more cohesive work groupPerform other related duties as assignedJob Requirements:Demonstrate the ability to work well with others and work independently when requiredDemonstrate the ability to operate and maintain equipmentDemonstrate clear communication skills including the ability to read, write and speak English, and to promptly follow verbal and written directions in English along with the ability to establish and maintain effective rapport with all employees at different levels both in the office and in the field.Demonstrate excellent computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Suite and field softwarePossess strong organizational skills and multi-task efficientlyMust be able to meet physical requirements of the job including but not limited to working on your feet, climbing ladders, working outdoors, and liftingAbility to travel as needed to other offices and work sites, occasionally requiring extended travel to remote locations and/or overnight stay(s) outside normal office areaMinimum Qualifications:5 years’ experience in fracing in Operations or Maintenance3 years’ experience in Supervisor roleProficient computer skills including use of Microsoft Office Suite, and field operating systemsMust have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license, be eligible to drive a Company vehicle, and meet the requirements of the Company’s vehicle program, policy, and/or guidelines Preferred Qualifications: Preferred: Completion of CrossFlo ProgramPreferred: Bachelor’s degreePreferred: Completion of Competency Training including EODP 1-4, Service Supervisor Bootcamp, up to date on all annual refresher training.Additional Details:The Field Operations Manager must work with an emphasis on individual safety and safety for others, including coworkers and third parties. This position requires working outdoors for long periods of time in all types of weather conditions typical of the area where the job is located, including dust, humidity, sleet, snow, rain, mud, cold, heat, wind, and other inclement weather.
