Description

TNG Consulting, the management company for the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) and the National Association for Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment (NABITA), seeks a dynamic and talented Association Development Representative (ADR) to join our team. As the ADR, you will be pivotal in supporting the Vice President of Marketing Communications in advancing our mission to promote safer educational environments through effective policies and practices. The ADR will report directly to the VP of Marketing and Communications, with a functional connection to the Assistant Vice President of Associations. Your primary focus will be to drive new membership growth, upgrade existing memberships, and increase virtual and in-person attendance at training events. 
King of Prussia, PA (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

Key Responsibilities

· Membership Growth: Employ strategic outreach tactics to identify and engage potential new members, including educational institutions, professionals, and organizations interested in ATIXA and NABITA.
· Membership Upgrades: Cultivate relationships with current members to understand their needs and encourage upgrades to higher membership tiers, offering enhanced benefits and resources.
· Virtual Attendance: Develop and execute campaigns to promote virtual attendance at trainings, webinars, conferences, and more, leveraging digital platforms (HubSpot, Outreach, etc.) and communication channels (email, social media, etc.) to reach a broader audience.
· In-Person Attendance: Collaborate with the events team to drive attendance at in-person training events and conferences, utilizing targeted outreach efforts and promotional strategies.
· Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective members, providing personalized support, addressing inquiries, and delivering value-added services to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
· Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track membership trends, event registrations, and engagement metrics, informing decision-making and optimizing outreach strategies for maximum impact.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
· Demonstrated experience in sales, membership development, or association management is highly desirable, particularly within the education or nonprofit sector.
· Proven proficiency in content creation with a focus on lead generation. Experience in crafting messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and experience with project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com, Slack).
· Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and industry professionals, fostering trust and collaboration.
· Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve membership growth and event attendance targets, employing innovative approaches and adapting to changing market dynamics.
· Results Orientation: Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes, meeting deadlines, and exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Team Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team, including associations and marketing.
Preferred:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred with 2-3 years of work experience.
· Knowledge of the education industry, including K-12 schools and districts, higher education institutions, and adjacent associations.
