This is a full time social work position in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Social work is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team and provides crisis intervention, anticipatory guidance and family support, grief and bereavement counseling. There is emphasis on postpartum mental health support for caregivers. Experience in a fast paced healthcare environment with strong clinical skills in crisis intervention and maternal mental health preferred. LICSW required.

Required Licenses and Certifications
Ind. Clinical Social Worker Must be licensed in the District of Columbia at minimum at the LICSW-level.
Must be licensed in MD and/or VA if social work services will be provided in those jurisdictions as part of the job requirements, including telemedicine. (Required)
