Corsa / Volant has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative.
JOB SUMMARY:
The primary function includes but is not limited to achieve RWB long term sales growth objectives by taking care of the customer and promoting Corsa Exhaust and Volant Cold Air Intake product lines to end users and through effective distribution management. Establishes sales strategies and achieves goals through direct, face-to-face contact. This job requires a broad knowledge of the company’s products, services, policies relative to customers and knowledge of market and customer business model.
Travel: Need to be able to travel 50-75% of the time.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred but not mandatory, or marketing / other relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
· Strong technical aptitude with hands-on engine repair and/or racing experience considered a strong plus.
· Strong planning, analysis and negotiating skills.
· Able to develop and motivate a competent organization (B2B) and provide leadership even though all players do not report directly to him/her.
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an outside sales role
Computer Skills:
Proficient: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Communication Skills:
Excellent. Proven ability to work with, and communicate to, all levels of the business. Excellent time management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at one time. Highly organized.
Travel:
1. Need to be able to travel 50-75% of the time. Role is designed to stimulate new business, train existing customers, and work events. Travel will include some weekends, to be determined by event schedule.
2. Expenses: All travel expenses will be reimbursed.
