Job Description

Responsibilities

The Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Program was established to assure access to healthcare services for rural residents. The program provides rural acute care hospitals with a range of opportunities for service enhancement and quality of care improvement.

We are committed to improve the quality of care we deliver every day. TMC Bonham is managed by Texoma Medical Center, subsidiary of UHS.

Position Summary : Provide clerical support for business services and staff in all aspects of the front office, reception, answering and transferring calls and appropriate distribution and processing of mail for the facility.

Qualifications

Reading and numerical competency. Secretarial certification preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years of clerical or front office experience, strongly prefer health care environment or related field.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and general office equipment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, along with effective customer service skills.

Must be able to multi-task and handle large volumes of work. Must be able to effectively handle phone calls as well as utilize effective prioritization and flexibility skills.
