Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing and implementing a marketing strategy. Attract customers and employees to TLC Electronics through messaging such as our company purpose, product information, and promoting our services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is required to assure compliance of company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practice and company documented procedures (including but not limited to Quality Systems Regulations, ISO 9001/13485, government occupational health and environment regulations and statues)

Company Image
Core Responsibility
• Recommend and create new branding campaigns
• Update all outward facing documents, literature, and website content
• Create pleasing external and internal aesthetics related to the company

Marketing Strategy
Core Responsibility
• Determine marketable capabilities
• Oversee marketing budget
• Assist in defining company niche areas
• Develop and implement overall marketing strategy
• Collaboratively responsible for employee club planning and implementation of company events, as well as promote externally
• Research and position TLC within competitive market

Technology Resources
Core Responsibility
• Utilize different platforms, such as social media, to promote capabilities, product, and company purpose
• Analyze and increase overall company SEO
• Responsible for overall look/feel for the company website, creating a positive customer experience
• Provide training to the company on web-based strategies, including social media and website campaigns

Sales Support
Secondary Responsibility
• Provide backup to roles within the sales department
• Attend and participate in sales meetings
• Host or attend sales/marketing trade shows, events, and meetings

Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of Internet use.
• Must be self-motivated and self-directed while being a goal oriented and organized team player.
• Ability to visualize, create, and implement marketing and advertising concepts.
• Strong verbal skills and written skills including presenting information to diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work closely with many personality types in numerous environments, while remaining professional and courteous.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Strategic planning with an ability to think ahead over a 1-3-year time span.

Qualifications:
Minimum
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years in professional Marketing role.
• Prior experience in building a marketing brand from concept to implementation/execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams) and CRM utilization.
• Prior experience using Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop, or similar software platforms.

Preferred:
• Master's Degree in related field
• 5 years in Marketing position
• Familiar with Magento/Word press website platforms, or similar
• Previous experience in manufacturing and/or distribution company
