Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. As the Lead Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance duties in our facility. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Duties:
- Manage and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Perform repairs and troubleshooting on various equipment, including HVAC systems, logic controllers, low voltage systems, and other industrial machinery
- Utilize electrical and mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed using appropriate tools and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (must be HVAC certified), logic controllers, low voltage systems, and other industrial machinery
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to repairs
