We are a cosmetic and general dermatology practice located in Tustin. We are searching for someone with a passion for Dermatology, has an outgoing personality, a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and enjoys working as a team to provide the best patient care possible. Salary will be based on experience.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of front office receptionist experience in a medical office with knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems. A Dermatology background is preferred but not necessary if you possess the right skill set and are eager to learn. Knowledge of cosmetic treatments and products is a plus.

Duties include: Greeting patients, answering phones, patient check in & out, setting appointments, insurance verification.
