The Human Resources/ Office Manager is a dual-role involving full spectrum human resources and office management responsibilities.
This role is responsible for performing HR-related duties in the following HR functional areas: recruiting, onboarding, basic employee relations and discipline, answering benefits questions, and employment law compliance.
The office manager component of this position is responsible for overall front office activities, such as phones, visitors, basic vendor management, coding invoices, office supplies, and general office administration.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Other Qualifications: Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Travel: Ability to travel to the Chicago branch when needed
Physical Demands: Standard office environment.
Salary & Benefits: Base salary to be determined based on experience plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
