This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization committed to their patients and provides a wide array of services to meet the needs of their community.
Total Compensation Package (Benefits, PTO, Advantages, etc.)
- The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000
- Health Insurance – Employer covers 75% (Employee: $90 per pay period & Family: $256 per pay period)
- Dental and Vision Insurance Offered
- Life Insurance - $50,000
- Short-Term / Long-Term Disability
- Retirement Package – 401(K) with match
- 3 Weeks Paid Time Off
- 3 Personal Days
- 5 Sick Days
- 11 Paid Holidays
- Student Loan Repayment – Eligible from $50,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Hybrid Schedule Possible: 2-3 Days Remote with availability for walk-ins during office hours
- Must be available for in-person community events
- Average 9 patients per day
- Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapy services to our patients.
- Appropriate clinical documentation in a timely manner - NextGen EMR
- Some Case Management Required
Requirements
- Clear and Active License in the State of Illinois
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive Attitude
