Role Summary:
The Financial Analyst – Corporate supports TireHub’s senior leadership by maintaining and providing analysis and financial insights through a comprehensive financial model encompassing the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. Additionally, this position provides analytical support to corporate departments (i.e. HR, Legal) helping TireHub achieve its financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
· Creates and maintains accurate and detailed three statement financial models to project future financial performance.
· Analyzes historical data, industry trends, and market dynamics to inform assumptions and forecasts.
· Develops and maintains annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for corporate departments, working closely with leadership to ensure alignment with financial targets and objectives.
· Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning efforts.
· Provides internal stakeholders valuable insights into the impact of various scenarios on financial outcomes.
· Monitors actual financial results against projections and budgets.
· Identifies and analyzes variances, investigates root causes, and recommends corrective actions.
· Prepares and presents financial reports and presentations to senior management, providing clear and actionable insights.
· Develops and maintains financial dashboards for regular reporting.
· Performs ad-hoc financial analysis and provide decision support to various departments and senior leadership as needed.
Experience:
· Data gathering and analysis: Collecting, consolidating, and using relevant information; recognizing important information; tracing possible causes of problems, and searching for practical data/solutions.
· Financial Acumen: Interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions.
· Financial Awareness: Actively seeking opportunities to optimize financial costs and investments when making decisions that have a financial implication.
· Achievement Orientation: Being persistent and showing perseverance on achieving concrete and tangible results out of personal responsibility; getting optimum results from situations; being ready to take action and show tenacity in case of obstacles or resistance.
· Written communication: Expressing ideas and opinions clearly in properly structured, well-organized, and grammatically correct reports or documents; utilizing language and terminology that is understandable for the reader.
Experience:
· 1-3 years of experience in the Accounting or Finance function
· Prior experience working with three-statement models preferred
· Bachelor’s Degree required, Finance, Economics or Business preferred
· CPA or MBA a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Strong Excel skills, with exposure to other reporting tools (MS PowerBI). Knowledge of Workday Adaptive strongly preferred
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate results to non-finance associates
· Capability to work and solve problems independently
