With 8 other Commercial OTR, Industrial tires and foam filled and rubber tracks sales, distribution and service facilities from Harrisonburg Virginia and throughout North and South Carolina's.

Position Overview: As a Sales Representativeat Tire Solutions LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the companies customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, while building relationships with prospective clients, by effectively communicating the value of the company's products and services. Generating sales leads to orders through to delivery and closing orders. You will be at the forefront of the sales efforts, working closely with our Tire Solutions Team to promote and to achieve ambitious sales targets delivering exceptional results.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, networking, and other outreach strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Close sales agreements to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of products/services to clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Position Requirements:

  • Close sales agreements to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Acceptable driving record with a current valid Drivers License.
  • DMV check and pre-employment drug and background screen required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.
