Tire Agent is looking for an account manager for our suppliers (Supplier Relations Coordinator) to help the business achieve aggressive growth goals in 2024 and beyond. In this role, you will manage our existing supplier relationships with the main purpose of identifying opportunities through pricing analysis and product mix.What You’ll Do 

• Develop and manage strong strategic relations with key suppliers and business partners to reduce cost and improve capital efficiencies.
• Enhance supplier relations by actively engaging with each supplier on the monthly and/or quarterly basis.
• Analyze, identify and negotiate cost reduction opportunities with new and existing suppliers based on price.
• Generate reports through our business intelligence tool (Looker) and manually using Excel (Google Sheets)
• Work closely with the Product Catalog Supervisor and CEO to understand product mix, product availability, and competitive pricing as it evolves throughout the year.
• Frequently communicate with the marketing team to identify and capitalize on promotional opportunities in order to grow the business. 

What You’ll Need

• 3 years of experience account management or customer service
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone, writing & customer service skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, particularly strong knowledge with Excel 
• Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas).

Salary: $55K-$75K based on experience
