Tiraline Health Services is seeking a passionate and experienced ABA Therapist to join our growing team! We are dedicated to the well-being of our community, families, and individuals, and we believe in providing exceptional care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one supervision and training to therapists and case managers.
• Guide and train therapists in behavior intervention strategies, including antecedent control procedures and consequence interventions.
• Oversee program implementation, ensuring consistency and fidelity.
• Conduct quality control checks on clinical treatment, scheduling, data collection, and more.
• Gather accurate data for progress reports reviewed by a BCBA.
• Participate in monthly BCBA case reviews.
• Provide direct therapy when necessary to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with ASD.
• Expertise in developing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Supervisory experience with RBTs/Behavior Technicians.
• Strong preference for Spanish fluency, but not required.
• Reliable transportation a must.
• Solid technical skills and a commitment to quality service.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Positive, professional, and a team player.
• Exceptional interpersonal and social skills with a knack for building rapport.
