Job description
We are looking for a hardworking demolition estimator to join our team! As an estimator at Tiny’s Construction, your main responsibility will be to estimate a variety of projects ranging from small residential to large-scale commercial and industrial. All while building long-lasting client and vendor relationships.
Estimator Duties and Responsibilities:
· Explore project documentation to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements. (*Must be able to read Plans).
· Visit project sites (Warehouses, Residential Homes, Commercial Buildings, Etc.) to fully understand the scope of work and provide an accurate quote.
· Prepare relevant and reliable project budgets and schedules.
· Provide detailed proposals.
· Build and maintain relationships with all clients, vendors, and team members.
Requirements:
· Previous working experience as a construction estimator or project manager and must have a minimum of (5) years experience. (*Experience in the demolition field is preferred).
· In-depth knowledge of project management.
· Hands-on computer experience with estimating software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Etc.
· Great time-management skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Critical-thinker and problem solver.
· Must be a self-starter.
