We are looking for an Estimator to join our dynamic team of professionals in the Construction industry. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate estimates for multi-family and healthcare projects. You will also be expected to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. If you have an eye for detail, a great work ethic, and a passion for the Construction industry, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Be Doing
As an Estimator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating estimates for new construction and renovations, evaluating bids from subcontractors and vendors, and managing the bidding process. You will also be in charge of ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
What You Need for this Position
To be successful in this role, you must have more than 5 years of experience in the Construction industry, experience in healthcare and multi-family projects is a plus. You must also have a good understanding of general contracting, subcontracting, estimating, and bidding. The ideal candidate should also have strong communication and organizational skills.
