TINA Stephens is Hiring a Retail Sales Associate/Key Holder Near Asheville, NC
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking to add talent to our Biltmore Village (Asheville, NC) team. We are currently hiring for a Part Time Sales (Key Holder) position. The ideal candidate is fashion forward, is confident in their communication, and dependable.
We offer a flexible work schedule in a laid back, yet goal-oriented store environment, a generous employee discount, and a competitive hourly rate for the right candidate.
The perfect position for a sociable retiree!
Store hours are Monday - Saturday 10-6 & Sunday 12-5 pm. Currently seeking someone to work 2-3 shifts (8-18 hours) per week.

The most recent addition to our stores offerings is the TINA Stephens Made in Italy collection featuring easy to care, easy to wear, flowing and fashion forward linens, cottons, and silks. We currently operate 7 store locations and growing.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Represent the TINA Stephens Brand in style & attitude. Our teams introduce our brand and the design concept to clients, offer personalized styling & provide overall exceptional client service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Must be exceptionally reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
· Engage with each client to meet & exceed their expectations
· Drive store results through maximizing each sale
· Help to maintain a clean, organized and inviting environment for the client
· Ability to accurately process transactions in a professional manner utilizing the POS system
· Comply with all established company policies and procedures
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 18 per week
