Retail Sales Associate (Lash Consultant)
Hiring immediately for a Retail Sales Associate for our busy, fast-paced beauty salon near Biltmore Village. As a Lash Consultant your primary responsibility is to take excellent care of all our guests. From greeting them when they arrive to checking them out after their service, your role is integral to the overall client experience. You'll be provided thorough training on all aspects of customer service, selling memberships, products and services, booking appointments and general studio operations. Position Responsibilities:

• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting them with all questions and needs.
• Answers phone calls, texts and email messages
• Books and modifies appointments using the MindBody platform
• Assists in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guests records and appointment notes. Prepare guest records for treatments.
• Promotes and sells Amazing Lash Studio® Memberships and retail products to guests. Assists Studio Manager with retaining current members.
• Helps to plan and coordinate beauty and other industry events
• Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areas.
• Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
• May assist with social media content and other marketing efforts
