Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and guidance to store employees, including conducting employee orientation and training development programs - Create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability - Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and visual merchandising - Conduct regular performance evaluations for store employees and provide coaching and feedback for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner to achieve resolution - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities Skills: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent training development skills to enhance employee performance - Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a retail environment - Knowledge of wireless sales is preferred - Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure favorable terms - Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in basic math calculations for inventory management and financial reporting - Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
