We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, the team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.
Responsibilities:

• Participate in settlement product planning and system construction, output settlement of product requirements, evaluate product solutions, follow up on project progress, and ensure timely and high-quality launch of the project.
• Responsible for testing of new system features and providing detailed reports to the R&D team.
• Responsible for writing the standard operating procedures (SOP) for the settlement system and providing training on the launch of new features
• Answering questions from settlement system users and providing guidance on system usage.
• Follow up with the R&D team to resolve online issues with the settlement system and ensure its normal operation.
• Collect system optimization requirements from settlement system users and output product requirement documents, continue to improve the online rate.
• Other necessary settlement product operation matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Accounting or related professional experience
• 3-5 years of system operation or settlement related experience in logistics
• Interested in systems and possessing product thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with preference for candidates with data analysis skills

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $143555 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
